Like many women, I’m a wife, mother, friend, sister, and employee – and not necessarily in that order. It’s a precarious juggling act, but I have found that if I focus on the things I love in life, the things that are nourishing for my body and soul, I am more balanced and so is my family.
And what’s good for us is also good for the planet.
A vegetarian for over 18 years, I’m proud to raise our healthy, active toddler veggie as well. Together, we love to garden, cook, hit the trails and ride bikes.
This blog thrives on my belief in the power of nature and an active lifestyle. I find daily inspiration in eating real food, getting outside and utilizing eco-practices and products that benefit us without harming the planet or our animal friends.
